One of the very most fundamental requirements of a civil society could be the rule of law meaning that the people must follow regulations of the land irrespective of their status or position in the particular society. In the modern planet, the developed countries feel happy that their society is governed from the rule of law while many developing countries like India sense ashamed that their society won’t have the rule of law. The developed countries will be the role model for the underdeveloped nations around the world, where the rule of law remains a distant dream.
Societies that follow rule of law tend to be considered more civilized as there is certainly much more order in the particular society. Every thing in such societies is apparently in order. The roads are usually clean, lawns and parks are usually well-maintained, government officials work inside office, trains and public transports run using time. Further, there is which has no corruption in public offices. Folks are well paid, deliver better efficiencies and also keep everything neat and clear. These societies appear perfect for the people of other parts with the world, who often wonder why they can not be like them.
All societies need laws for existence. Even though the laws could be different in each society, yet there are a few basic principles that are common to all or any laws of the world. These kinds of fundamental principles are equality, fraternity, the law and liberty. The Indian metabolic rate, for example, incorporates these goals inside the preamble to the constitution which seeks to secure for many its citizens justice, liberty, equality also to promote among them the character of fraternity.
These principles are so universal in nature which they find place in every civilized society with the world. It is matter of great surprise that in fact the outcome of the rule of law is merely the opposite. The more civilized a society is, the more could be the inequality among its population – more injustice for the have-nots, less liberty due to strict enforcement of law plus more hatred among the citizens according to race, caste and religion. What goes wrong inside the implementation in the so-called principle of law?
Law of Dynamics
Indian thinkers in the Vedic period of time, i. e. around 3000 years ahead of the birth of Christ, discovered the universe does not perform its functions at random but follows certain laws. We were holding called “Rita” or the general laws or principles that advised the universe. The progress of man may be largely attributed in understanding these basic principles of nature and exploiting them for the main benefit of the human race at the cost of other creations. The laws of person, therefore, run contrary to the laws of nature while they are human-centric and not designed for the creations of God or Dynamics.
One of the basic differences between man-made-laws as well as the laws of Nature is the laws of nature are spontaneous while they require no effort in setup. For example, in a natural little bit of earth like a forest, the planet earth produces trees, plants, fruits and vegetables spontaneously without the need of watering or mating. The nature itself provides timely rain and fertilizer for the new plants. The forests as well as the mountains are covered with greenery and also beauty, which is purely natural as it comes without any effort.
To the contrary, the man-made creations like theme parks, trees, plants are artificially produced. They too may look as beautiful because the natural ones, yet they cannot survive without regular effort on the part of man. Imagine a park, which is not maintained for a couple months, or a house not necessarily cleaned for months. It will miss all its beauty and soon be filled up with dust and weeds. No constructing or modern gadget can make it through without external effort from person. However, all natural creations have the ability to survive on their own and observe after their existence; and enjoy their life without the external support.
The laws of nature are only as they treat every specie (rather than only man) with equality. In a jungle, every specie receives its due share of foods, air and water which enable these to live a dignified life without being dependent on any other generation. Nature makes no distinction among one specie, and the other as all species will be the children of the same The almighty.
However, in the man’s planet, every other creature is killed when it is not useful for man. They can survive only if they could be useful for man. Thus man’s world will not treat any other creature with the nature with respect and will not provide them any right regarding equality, liberty, justice or fraternity. He cleverly usurps this universal law and helps it be applicable only for human beings. For all other lesser types, he has created a man-made-law, calling it ‘the law regarding jungle’ or ‘the survival with the fittest’ which justifies his domination on the weak creations. The fact, to the contrary, is that the laws of jungle are a lot more just and equal for all species compared to the man-made-law.
Most men are not concerned about the direction they treat the lesser animals while they feel that ‘the survival with the fittest’ theory is more logical compared to the laws of nature. However, they forget that every basic principle created in the universe must be applied on them also and that they may not always be any beneficiary. Man-made-laws do not stop with animals nevertheless they soon spread their wings to encompass humans, too. This is where conflicts among man and man starts that offers rise to hatred and battles. Man feels the pinch if the law of jungle is applied against them as well as the law of nature is rejected to him. He is hurt when he could be treated like weeds by the particular society.
Weeds: The Undesirable Crops of Nature?
One of one of the most interesting creations of the normal world is weed. Weeds are undesirable vegetation inside the kingdom of plants. Weeds are defined as any plant that’s not valued by the human society and usually will overgrow or compete with highly valued flora. Weeds are the plants which can be considered by human beings since unattractive, undesirable, or troublesome.
Inside the natural world, man has to continuously fight weeds to make their man-made plants survive. Weeds grow automatically and if the artificial gardens would not have the support of man, it really is soon overpowered by weeds as well as the whole field or garden becomes packed with weeds. Weeds are created by Dynamics (God) as no human effort must grow them. They are, nonetheless, so powerful that man must continuously guard his creation coming from these weeds, lest all creation with the civilized society is destroyed. Weeds are as undesirable to man on earth of plants as criminals inside the human society.
Criminals: The Necessary Evil for your Civil Society
Similar to weeds inside the natural world, there is an improvement of criminals in civilized organizations. Who these criminals are? Exactly why do they grow? Whether the criminals are healthful people or are they mentally ill normally thought by the civilized planet?
Criminals are defined as individuals who commit crime. Crime means an act that is a violation with the criminal law that is punishable for legal reasons. Crime is usually considered a great evil act and criminals tend to be seen as evil created simply by Devil, out there to eliminate the civilized citizens, the youngsters of God.
There are several similarities between criminals and weeds. Criminals grow automatically atlanta divorce attorneys society and the society must work hard to weed out there these criminals. Criminals like weeds are so powerful and competitive they’ve the power to defeat the particular civilized people. They are, as a result, fought jointly by the community. Yet in every society, there is certainly crime and there are scammers. We are used to look criminals as evil which is unnecessary just like weeds. Yet if God (Nature) could be the creator of all, then everything these days must have been created using a purpose. “What could be the goal of creation of criminals? ” We all wonder.
Criminals are, as any matter of fact, creation with the civilized world. In an uncivilized planet, there would be no legislation, so there can be no violation of law thus, no criminal. If we need to understand the utility of criminals inside the civilized world, we must imagine the entire world of nature without weeds. In that world, all plants will must be grown by man with man-made watering – canals, tube-wells, as well as other irrigation systems used for agriculture. In all certainty, man will grow only such crops and plants which can be useful to man and other species would surely not survive inside the man’s world. Further, man’s energy is bound and with all his energy, he can hardly take care of a minuscule area of the world by artificial plantation, so other physical world would be without plants therefore without oxygen and other dog life and eco-system. This will soon cause the end of the world like the human being.
The role of criminals resembles the role of the weeds. Imagine some sort of without crime i. e. everyone follows regulations of the land without asking yourself. It will only provide status quo on earth. Kings will always be kings and only their children or loved ones can be kings. Poor will always become poor. Kings will frame more inhuman laws that will give them more powers. The less fortunate people would die away from hunger and poverty as they don’t break the law and hawaii will have no obligation to be able to feed them. Thus the world without criminals would have been a place where people will die as a result of inaction, boredom and cruelty. This kind of ideal world, indeed, would function as most inhuman and most undesired to mankind.
Thankfully, people called criminals automatically increase in every civil society when man creates laws to rule it. The laws of man are usually always challenged by them since they will be mostly against the laws regarding nature i. e. equality, the law, liberty and fraternity. States will have to face opposition from such those who break the law and are called criminals. They may have an ugly appearance as weeds nevertheless they only provide oxygen to the society for the life. Thus in posterity, people recognize them much less criminals but as heroes.
The trail of Heroism
While man despises criminals, he worships the heroes. He can lay his most effective possession i. e. his life about the same call from his hero. That are these heroes? Are they law-abiding civilized people or the law-defying scammers? Take the example of Mahatma Gandhi in the modern world. He was perhaps the biggest criminal inside the time of the British principle in India and he was jailed often times on charges of being waging war contrary to the state. He spent more as compared to 15 years in jail regarding his various crimes. Yet individuals of India call him ‘Father with the Nation’ and love him greater than any civilized person on the planet earth. Nelson Mandela spent 27 decades in jail, yet he is a national hero not merely for South Africa but for your world.
In history, we can find numerous examples of great individuals who have broken the law and having been punished for criminal acts. The list contains people like Christ, Prophet Mohammad, Socrates and also Galileo. Yet it is these those who changed the history of the world and they’re rightly worshiped as heroes from the masses even after their dying.
How many people you have ever known that have become heroes without breaking regulations and committing crimes in their particular time? Perhaps none. Heroes are manufactured not by following the law but by breaking regulations.
Rule of Divine Law
It isn’t always good to follow regulations blindly as it provides buy and rule of law inside the society but kills the humankind as the implementation of a lot of the man-made laws are against the particular natural laws. Man-made laws tend to be disguised under the cover regarding natural laws like equality, the law, liberty and fraternity yet they serve just the contrary purpose. Most people see the letter with the law but fail to understanding its spirit. One must understand that breaking man-made laws is probably the fundamental requirements of all city societies, if it contradicts the particular natural or divine laws. Thus everybody who breaks the law will not need to be a criminal. One must go deeper in to the facts before declaring a law-breaker to become criminal. The key distinction perhaps should be to see if he is breaking regulations for the interest of the humanity or for his or her own selfish end. Is it need-based or perhaps greed-based? There lies the big difference between good and evil, between a real criminal and a hero. Person who is breaking a law for others or fight injustice is a hero rather than a criminal. A poet mentioned “Jo lade din ke khet, Sura toi” (Person who fights for the weak could be the real hero).
